Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Be in charge of and calculate the monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave…) for employees based on the timesheet and overtime records. 

  • Coordinate with Accounting Department regarding the payroll process to ensure timely and accurately remittance to employees. 

  • Keep updated on changes in tax, labor, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance law and regulations. 

  • Monitor and implement C&B, reward policies; 

  • Directly answer questions and complaints about policies on salaries, bonuses, and benefits of employees and employees’ social insurance policy. 

  • Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by C&B Team Leader/ Supervisor 

  • Implement of welfare programs and reward policy. 

 

 

Job Requirement

Requirements: 

  • University graduates. 

  • Knowledge and comply with Vietnamese labor regulations, social security & regulations of personal income tax regulation as well as company compliance 

  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications especially excel, preferred well skills of using HRIS. 

  • Teamwork spirit and responsible. 

  • Having fluency verbal and written communication skills both Vietnamese and English as well as team management skills are a must.
