Today, we service clients in Europe, North America, South America, Australia and Asia from our offices in Denmark, Sweden and Vietnam.
We're looking for a proficient Financial Analyst who will join an amazing Finance team, your job will be:
- Communicates with departments to collect data, analyze financial data and propose needed actions
- Implement the cost-controlling project with internal and outsourcing team in order to set up and manage the budget with Esoft Group Finance team
- Report, evaluate, and forecast financial performance of Esoft Vietnam
- Recommend procedures in departments to improve business processes and transactions, and to minimize the risk where appropriate.
- Participate in ad hoc projects required by higher levels.
- 1-3 years of experience in Financial Analyst or relevant fields
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/auditing/finance.
- Experience from the big four is an advantage.
- Being familiar with the manufacturing model is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel, English
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and practical.
- Good communication skills
- Strong and confident personality, willing-to-learn attitude.
- Experience in describing, documenting, and evaluating/analyzing workflows.
